Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Tickets cannot be returned without prior approval.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping costs will not be refunded, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

International buyers are responsible for all return fees and shipping costs in the event they want to return an item for any reason.


Regulated items can only be shipped to licensed organizations. Licenses will be verified before orders are processed or shipped. Please note that some of our oversized products, such as gift baskets, equipment, bingo paper, as well as others not included in this list, cannot be shipped. Local pickup is available for these items.

We can ship merchandise to almost anywhere in the world; however, free shipping is only available in the continental U.S. Additional costs and fees will apply when shipping outside of the U.S. For this reason, orders outside of the U.S. also cannot be placed on our website. Please call 800-837-2789 to complete international orders. Customs fees and shipping rates must be calculated and will apply to each order. International buyers are responsible for all return fees and shipping costs in the event they want to return an item for any reason.

Most unregulated items will ship in one business day after the transaction is complete. Regulated items will ship one business day after all customer information, including licenses, is verified, so please provide accurate contact information to avoid shipping delays.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Any website orders that use a coupon code for a discount must be shipped from our warehouse. Coupon codes are only valid on the website and cannot be redeemed via a route salesman.
